The Learning Coaches are very excited to be collaboratively designing learning for the learners in their habitat.  To date they have found that it is a great way for achieving equal opportunity and full participation of everyone. When our learning coaches collaborate on their planning and teaching, they are better able to meet the needs of diverse learners.

At OrmPS we  are using google sheets to co-construct the learning programme and work together in ‘Design Time’ having productive learning conversations about the needs of our learners so we can ensure that we are personalising the learning for all.  We believe that this allows everybody to participate, preventing feelings of isolation, thus increasing overall teaching effectiveness and powerful learning.
